Prodiconn: field operations off paper in a month
Prodiconn is a telecom infrastructure contractor. Their crews build and maintain cell tower and EV charging sites, and until recently their field operations ran the way they still do at most contractors: paper forms in the truck, photos scattered across phones, and a master spreadsheet in the office holding it all together.
The cost of that setup was concrete. By their own numbers, closeout documentation was gating roughly 20% of invoicing, and documentation misses on tower sites carried chargebacks of $1,800 to $2,500 each. Cash sat in the gap between work finished in the field and paperwork finished in the office.
We built two connected systems. Field crews got a mobile app designed to work offline, because tower sites rarely have reliable coverage. The office got a live dashboard that shows every job, every form, and every photo as they come in from the field.
Within a month, daily operations moved entirely off paper. That month is the number we quote, because adoption is the hard part. Software that field crews refuse to use is just a spreadsheet with extra steps.
