How long is the free strategy call?
Thirty minutes. The goal is for both of us to figure out fast whether there's a real engagement to do, not to sell. If we don't see a fit, you'll get a clear-eyed read on what we'd recommend instead.
What happens after the call?
If there's a fit, we follow up within 48 hours with a scoped proposal (usually advisory, implementation, or a private workshop). No pitch deck, no pressure, no follow-up nurture sequence. If it's not a fit, we say so.
Do I need to come prepared with anything?
No prep required. Show up with the workflow, decision, or initiative you want to talk through. If you have a current AI tool stack or a specific use case in mind, mention it ahead of time so we can come ready with relevant context.
Do you work with companies outside the US?
Yes. The advisory and implementation work is mostly remote, so geography is rarely a blocker. Workshops are delivered in-person in the US (Austin) or remotely worldwide for private team engagements.
